In Spring, I planted two pumpkin plants. We only got one pumpkin from it. Still, it's pretty rewarding to grow our own pumpkin so I'll definitely try again next year. For some reason, Halloween kind of sneaked up on us even though we were fat and got candies way early ( Read more... )

Over the weekend, I finished my Sif shield and I'm pretty damn proud of the results!

According to the crazy Chinese calendar, today is the fifth day of the fifth month, the Double Fifth, which is the Duanwu Festival. It's celebrating some guy that killed himself, so therefore, it is time to eat delicious zhongzi, or rice dumplings.

So, yar, I got married last month (!), went on a honeymoon, and am back now with a hella bunch of pictures.

First off, engagement pictures which were taken back in March, but we got all the pictures sometimes in July or August and I picked out a few that I really like.
